- Service Refund Eligibility
Refunds for website development services are only applicable if the service has not yet been initiated. Once the work on your project has started (including consultations, initial design drafts, or any developmental work), no refunds will be issued. - Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for services that have not been initiated, you must contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of your purchase. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions on the next steps. - Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will deduct a service charge of ₹100 for maintenance (including GST, payment gateway charges, and order processing fees). The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer), and may take between 5 to 12 business days to reflect in your account. We do not provide cash refunds. - Non-Refundable Services
Please note that any website development, hosting, domain registration, or customization services that have been initiated or completed are non-refundable. This also applies to services where the client has approved the work at various stages of the project. - Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel their project within 7 days if no work has been initiated. After that period, cancellations may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the stage of the project and the services rendered. - Contact Us
